  1. Combine scrambled egg mix, water, and lemon juice in a blender. Blend until well mixed. Add the melted butter in a steady stream into the blender while blending. Continue blending until everything is well blended (about 30 seconds). If you choose to warm this mixture up, place in a glass bowl in microwave and microwave for 15 seconds on high. Remove from microwave and whisk until smooth. Use for Eggs Benedict, Eggs Flourentine, or over asparagus or broccoli.
